Hello,

I just looked in the archives of a few Lists, and I'm not finding any
posting of mine requesting look-ups for a William McINNES and Mary KERR.
So, I'd appreciate someone doing this for me:

William McINNES and Mary Ann KERR both were born in Canada in 1860's.
William came down ~1880 and Mary had come down ~1875. And, from census
information, they seem to have married in MA 1882 or 1883. I was
wondering if someone could find the marriage record for them. It would
have been in the Malden, Everett, or Somerville area.

(One census record says that this was a 2nd marriage for William. It's
possible he had married and been widowed in Canada before he came down to
MA. But, that also depends on which is the correct year for him
migrating.)

Also, a couple years ago someone found the couple in the census information;
they thought of that spelling, and I hadn't. I have them in the 1900,
1910, and 1920 census. And, I would like to know if they were still alive
in 1930. They were living in Somerville during those years. (See below.)

In the spring I'll try to get to Somerville City Hall and see what
information on them I can find there.

The only child I know about is a daughter, Mabel McINNES. According to
1900 census she was born in MA in Nov. 1884.

FYI: William was supposedly born in Canada/English ~1865, and came down
from 1878 to 1881 - depending on different records. He might have had a
brother or cousin, Hugh McINNES coming down with him and living in
Cambridge. I'm interested in his parents.

(I have the information on Mary's parents; they came down from the Prov.
of Quebec during 1880's.)

OOOPS. I just noticed a change in ages. Oh, another mistake in census
records; the actual page says he is 45 in 1900.
