That is the case here. The Roanoke City Library offers home access to
HQ Online. We have, however, a Roanoke Valley library co-op, where
residents of the cities of Roanoke and Salem, and those of Botetourt
and Roanoke counties, have access to all resources of all four
library systems. That means that I can use my Roanoke County library
card number to log into the Roanoke City Library site and access HQ
online from home.
The City Library also has Ancestry, but that can only be accessed at
the library.
