I clicked on Teri's first link and this page
http://www3.gendisasters.com/pages/front1 - came right up.
I'm using the newest Netscape 9 browser. If you're using IE, that could
explain it. My husband uses IE
and he's always having trouble. Try the link I've given (as it came up)
and see if it works.

Here's part of what's on the page I got -
