Michelle, The Drouin books have records of Quebec marriages and in many cases
the parish is listed. I'm not sure where you're located, but the American
French Genealogy Society in Woonsocket, RI has these books plus an extensive
collection of Canadian records. They also have MA and RI census and much more
that I'm sure I don't even know about. If you would like more information,
please let me know.
