My data shows that I found the marriage for David Reb in the book "Central Pennsylvania Marriages 1700-1896" by Charles A. Fisher published 1946
by Genealogical Publishing Co. Inc., Selinsgrove, Pa. But it also did not name the bride. So does this mean that Charles A. Fisher's source was the same as you mention, Harlan?

"Marriages from the Private Records of Rev. William Medensen, Lutheran Pastor in
Northampton and Lehigh Counties 1810-1830".
Lists Peter's brother David's marriage as:
1828 August 24 but his wife's name is omitted
