Yes, Saarwerden was using the Gregorian Calendar at the time of Johann Peter
Reeb's immigration to America in 1752. Catholic countries were using it as
far back as the 16th century. It was only Britain and its colonies (eg. USA)
that were slow to catch on and changed in 1752.
