Researching Henry Greenwood who was born about 1800/01 in VA, married
Margaret Stoneburner/Stonebarger who was born about 1808 in VA. Known
children include Sarah who married Barthelmey, Annsted who married Mahala,
Daniel Mercer who married Hester Ann Marshall, Christena who married
Calvin Crouse, John, Virginia, Harvey, and Joseph. According to one family
history, there were 2 more children. The 1888 History of Harrison & Mercer
Co., MO states they had 10 children, 9 of whom are living, some in IL, MO,
and OR. Daniel Mercer Greenwood and Christena Crouse are known to have
been living in Harrison/Mercer Co. at that time.
