Hello Iris,
Generally it is the male descendant line that is tested, BUT, there is a test that the females can have
done. I am not too sure how that works. If you have a male relative, brother of your grandmother, who
is a Graham then that is one way.

What are the requirements for DNA testing. My Paternal grandmother was a
Graham, and I would love to find out who in the family could do the testing.
