Good Morning Goulding list members. As a new subscriber to the list, I'd
like to post my Goulding family and hope someone will be able to help me
trace my family back in time. I'm just getting started, so I apologize
for the meager amount of information. I would appreciate any help with
my search in Texas, GA and other areas/states.

My Grandparents:
Marshall Franklin Goulding, born Nov. 17, 1883, unknown where but
probably Freestone Co.,TX; died Nov. 22, 1972 in Mexia Hospital, Mexia,
Limestone Co., TX. Married Pennie Ann Manning on Nov. 11, 1906 in Cotton
Gin community, Freestone Co., Tx. CHILDREN: Margaret Goulding, b.
10-27-07; Luther Estes Goulding, b. 9-8-09; Marshall Eldon Goulding,
b. 9-23-13; Frances Louise Goulding, b. 11-29-20.

My Great Grandparents:
John H.Goulding, b. May 1852, died c.1908-1920, m. (1)Rhoda Ann Smith

CHILDREN: George; W. Harmon; Charles T.; Marshall Franklin; Annie;
Ella Rae; Susan Emma.
Married: (2) Martha Mae/May 9-18-1904 in Freestone Co.
CHILDREN: John T. Goulding/Golden (For a time he changed the spelling of
his name, then changed back)
Willa Fae Goulding/Golden (Same)

My Great, Great Grandparents:
Thomas, born c.1818 in GA; married??
CHILDREN: Sarah; James; Margaret; Carolyn; Doratha; William; John
H.; Mary Frances; Ann.

I guess the next logical place to look is GA. Anyone have Gouldings in
GA that might connect?Not everything is proven or documented but this
will be a start. If you can help, please contact me.
