My 2nd Great Grandfather, Richard FAULL left the port of New York 1850
heading for the gold in CA. However after coming around the Panamanian
Isthmus caught fever and died at sea, never to reach California. He left
behind 6 children and an English immigrant wife in Wisconsin.
She became a seamstress. I really need to look at passenger records to
CA.
