Hi,
I'm trying again to find my dead-end Goff ggggrandfather.

Anybody know anything about the origin of WILLIAM GOFF, middle name possibly
Francis, b. 1781/82, probably in New England, m. Rebecca Bates. Died in
Sidney or Vassalboro, ME

William Francis and others...including Samuel Wesley Goff b. 1806, d. Sidney
ME, m. Olive PIshon Chadbourne.

Samuel and Olive had children, one a son, Maynard Weston Goff. b. 1849, m.
Sarah Katherine Haley. Their son, Wesley Maynard Goff married Winona E.
Drake in 1900.}

Looking for parents and place of birth of William Goff b. 1781/2
