I am sending this message on behalf of VAL SCOTT who is just learning to use her computer. She is researching the same family as you are. She is decended from AGNES GILLAN (born 1st jan 1867 in EDINBURGH PARISH ). AGNES married HENRY WILLIAM BARNES at GREEN ISLAND DUNEDIN NEW ZEALAND in 1885.Agnes parents were THOMAS GILLAN and ANN RICHARDSON.They had 6 children ANN 9 may 1857
THOMAS 19 may 1859
MARGARET 2 july 1861
ELIZABETH 10 dec 1863
AGNES 1 jan 1867
