I am searching for info on the antecedents of Emma Brulott. I believe she was born 21 Feb 1882 and had a sister named Rose. Family legend states that her father went to British Columbia looking for gold and left Emma and Rose in a convent, possibly in Montana or Massachusetts. He was then found dead in a hotel in B.C., possibly poisoned.
