Hi.
 
My grandparents John George [George John] Arnst and Margaret Christina
Kinzel were Volga German immigrants who immigrated to the U.S. and then to Canada
from Warenburg, Russia. 
 
I am trying to locate a copy of my grandparents marriage certificate. They were married in Warenburg, Russia. They were Evangelical Lutherans and may have become Mennonites.
They would have been married in a Church in Warenburg, Russia.
 
I need a copy their marriage certificate document for my U.S. citizenship application.
 
Does anyone how I can find and locate their a copy of their marriage certificate? Any ideas that would help me with this search?  Does anyone know anyone with the archive library
or have contacts in Russia that could help me?
