I have asked for permission at Engels Archives, and the
Archive was at least very polite and straight-forward and promptly replied that no
permission can be given for microfilming and publishing results - the publication rights
(and I assume this might also mean copyright) of all Archive material remains firmly only
in the hands of the archives. Understandable - it is their livelihold to hold on to
publication and copyright maerials.
