This website has a free look up for Russians to America 1850-1896. I have no
connection with the site other than using it successfully several time. They
will send you what they find and where they found it but want you to pay a
small fee if you want that sent to you. I have been able to locate the same
reference in my local library a couple of times which made it really a free
look-up. I think you'll have to join to get the info but they just send me
the list of free lookups occasionally which is not annoying to me at all.
Use your own judgment as to whether it is of use to you or not. Blessings

Americans of Russian or Jewish heritage will find this
collection of passenger list information invaluable. "This
collection is extremely important to people whose Russian
ancestors came to the U.S. in the 19th century," states Gary
Mokotoff, leading expert on Jewish immigration.
