I can't answer your questions, but the Parochial Report I have is dated 10
months after the family left Russia. I assume that they either wrote to the
pastor in Russia to have it sent over or someone who came later brought it
with them. As I know of no one in my family who came later, I have to
assume the former is more likely. Perhaps after they settled in Kansas, the
pastor of the local church asked them to have their records sent over. I
hope someone else can clear this up.
