Florene Stotts
Florene Stotts, 67, of Fort Lupton died Sunday, Jan. 21, at her home. She
was born Aug. 3, 1933, to Henry and Lydia (Reider) Lesser in Loveland. On
Jan. 4, 1953, she married Jack Stotts in Longmont. Mrs. Stotts was employed
at the Adams County Sheriff's Department as a cook. She also was a waitress
and a cook for nursing homes. Mrs. Stotts loved gardening and cooking. A
former resident of Longmont, she had lived in Fort Lupton for 29 years.
Survivors are her husband, Jack of Fort Lupton; a son, Rick Stotts of
Westminster; two sisters, Irene Reichert of Johnstown and Ruth Lowery of Las
Vegas, Nev.; two brothers, Leroy Lesser of Longmont and Raymond Lesser of
Amarillo, Texas. Her parents are deceased. Services will be at 2 p.m.
Thursday at Bostick Funeral Home. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery,
Fort Lupton. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Bostick.
