I have this information on Neu kolonie. Hope that is helpful.

Neu Kolonie was a Catholic village. It was on the Wiesenseite (Meadow sSide)
east side of the Volga River and 75 miles SSW of Saratov. It was founded in
1775.

So it was one of the early original colonies This information taken from Dr.
Stumpp's Karte der Deutschen Kolonien an der Wolga.
