You can subscribe by looking at Heritage Quest's web page:
http://www.heritagequest.com/

Click on Genealogy Store.

The company is also now know as Heritage Quest, formerly know as
AGLL. The other thing they are know for is their lending library.
AGLL stands for American Genealogy Lending Library, and you can rent
or buy about 225,000 microfilm from them.

Also, you can find the magazine at some large bookstores.
