Hi Sharon,
Thank you for the information. Since I have just updated the membership list in Excel, I am not excited about typing 320 member's information into another program. I was able to print acceptable labels using the MSWord mail merge with Excel. I had to have them printed by this week end. Since our fiscal year just began, I have time to shop around for something that will do what I want. It was suggested that Avery has some software that will allow printing the labels as I want them. I think I will look at that since it can access the list from MSAccess, so I would expect it to be able to import a list from Excel.
Did you try the Avery software? I did not know they offered software also. I will keep your suggestion in mind and if Avery doesn't do what I want, I will look into Print Shop.
Thank you for your suggestion. This list is not active, I was afraid I wouldn't get any suggestions, but I did get two very valuable ideas.
Thanks,
Nancy Wright
