All veterans of All eras and All Nations collected in the oldest and largest online database...

The Inspiration began on V-E and V-J Day in 1945 by Chairman of U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, General George Catlett Marshall, to ensure that no person who served in uniform during any war period in human history is ever forgotten...

This notice contains two brief paragraphs...

1/2. Based in the United States of America, The American War Library, established online 4 Jul 1988, is the largest agency, worldwide, that collects the locations and information of veterans of all nations, living and deceased, and
classifies their residency or burial locations by Zip (U.S.) and Postal (International) Code to assist those searching for veterans, military veteran organizations, service providers, government officials and federal agencies to research or
locate on a local or regional basis. Basic search access to find out if a name and information is listed in the database is free to all. Registering a veteran or an immediate family member (parent, sibling, spouse or child) of a military
veteran of any nation is also free... uniforms and flags are not material to this all-service, all-nation, all-era database.

2/2. All veterans and family members of living or deceased veterans who served under any flag are encouraged to ensure they are registered by simply searching the online database for their name or the name of a military family member. If
the name you searched for listed, you are good to go. If the name you searched for is not listed, you should enter that veteran’s name into the database. (See below).

Provide a copy of this Notice to the Secretariat of your Veterans or Civic organization.
