No sure if you are referring to the Island of Vancouver or the city of
Vancouver. But here is one site you could work through to find a volunteer.

Then click on BC Cemetery finding Aid and get

You can then use the various sites listed there to find your cemetery, or if
you know all the info, you can go to the site to get local help for your
request.
