I have created imported and exported a 42,912 person gedcom using
Brothers Keeper with no problems at all. I have also merged many small
gedcoms to make this large gedcom for the GUY surname taken from the IGI
with no problems. I have not tried to upload a large Gedcom to my
websites, though I have uploaded small gedcoms, but unless your ISP has
a limit on upload file sizes as some do, you should be able to upload it
easily. You could always upload the file as a zipped file to reduce the
size a bit.
If you cannot upload the complete file to your website due to size
limitations you could always split it into two or three files and upload
each separately
Cheers
