Leonard, DEFINITELY acquire his application! In 1913 it could include his
birth place, children (if any) and even a photograph. I got more from a
1920 application on a man than I have from any other source! the
application depends on where it was filed as to where you would obtain it.
If it was acquired in the Atlantic coast area, for example, Philadelphia
might have it, or NY might have it! Don't give up! This is an excellent
resource!
