Relatives recall a memory when they were children of being asked by Mom
to go to the back yard to pick a particular green for supper. The
children thought of this green as a weed, but Mom used to prepare it on
a regular basis, much the same as she would cook spinach. It was
referred to as "Lamb-something." Can't recall the exact name for it.
Anyone out there have the same memories? Can you remember the name?
TIA

Gail,
It seems that my mother called this lambs-quarter, I will be
talking to her later tonight to make sure.
