Lack of blood flow to the heart.

Heart attack. Clot in the arteries that supply blood to the heart
muscle.

Narrowing of the arteries that restricts blood flow, caused by many
reasons.

Probably jaundice... so that means there was a disease (like hepatitis)
or some other cause that produced liver failure.
