Sue,
Good advice - I agree with you - I just deleted 12 messages that listed only
generic statements in the Subject area. I would like to help everyone if I can,
but with 150 or more mesages a night, it is impossible to open every one and
read the first several lines in order to find the objective of the inquiry.
