A mirror site tends to reduce demand on the original.
Having 4 or 5 mirrors functional would mean 4 or 5 times as
many people could get ON as do with one site. Renting
server-space with a different IP addresses for mirror sites
would (1) spread the load around (2) not require a long-term
capital outlay or acquisition of capital assets and (3) be
affordable.

Door #3: *RENT* extra buses, or possibly, rent parking
garages so everyone can bring their own transportation and
then we won't need extra buses.
