Not easy maybe but far from impossible either and given the experience
available from other similar ventures the current fiasco was certainly
largely avoidable. And please don't patronise me about having IT
knowledge as I've worked in IT for over 20 years. Given all the hype
from the PRO, I'm not surprised people are disappointed and complaining
about it.
