So I can't say I'm exactly surprised. A little disappointed that no lessons
seem to have been learned but I guess, regarding resources, a long term view
on likely traffic is being taken rather than a short-term fix for what was
admittedly the entirely predictable flood of enquiries in the first couple

Also I find that there could well be concern from the public regard their
vouchers,
once started there is a 48 hour window to use it up what happens when it is
started and then you are unable use the remainder for lack of accessability.
