Complain. Long and loud. After all, we were told that this COULD NOT
HAPPEN.

I personally expect the whole house of cards to fall down before
tomorrow. It actually felt like they're running on a 486!!!

The whole point being, they cannot supply the public access that they
are obliged to under law. This can only be achieved ( realistically ) by
making the fiche available to the public NOW, and if they're smart,
getting the census out as a transcription and index, on CD as soon as
possible.
