OK, point taken, but this only applies to purchasing vouchers. For actual
usage, voucher users have no minimum charge per session and can presumably
use more than 1 voucher per session ? Vouchers will be valid for 6 months
too. Credit card users are stuck with a minimum 5 per session fee and
session expiry in 48 hours. It could be argued that both mechanisms have
flaws, but I can't believe that many people will suffer irreparable damage
:-) It occurs to me that decimalisation is to blame - if we'd kept our
pre-decimal approach to money maybe using 6 or 12 would have occurred to
the PRO managers :-)

Surely, most users will choose the method that suits them best and act
accordingly, and will use images and transcripts as necessary - I agree that
images will be generally be preferable, but some transcripts may be needed
when the images aren't clear, just to see if your own interpretation of the
image is real or simply wishful thinking :-)
