You could use [DOC AUTHOR] for the website owner and [DOC SUBJECT] for
the website title. Multi-level sourcing doesn't seem necessary here. I
use it for newspaper articles from microfilm, where the film spans
several months or years and I'm citing multiple articles from one film.
In this case you've only got one website and are only citing one page
from that website.
