You should be able to order a copy using Paypal and your credit card WITHOUT
setting up a Paypal account. Paypal in that case is just the credit
processor no different than hundreds of other online transactions services.
When it takes you to the payment page, look for the opportunity to make the
purchase without creating an account. (I'm speaking from experience doing
the same thing with other software, I've not looked on the Genbox website to

Perhaps someone can explain the following to me.
I recently tried the 30 day trial of Genbox and after some thought
decided to purchase it even though there have been no updates for 15
I went to the "Purchase Genbox Family History" web page where it states
"Purchase Online with Credit Card or PayPal
You can pay for Genbox Family History online using VISA, MasterCard,
Express, or PayPal."
OK, I've got a Visa card so let's do it. After proceeding with the
order to receive the license via email the following shows up.
This is currently the only payment method available to use on this
PayPal (including Credit Cards and Debit Cards)"
I do not have a Paypal account and do not intend getting a Paypal
account. So apparently I will not be purchasing Genbox.
I believe there needs to be some clarification, by someone at
Thoughtful Creations, of the statement "You can pay for Genbox Family
History online using VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or
