Hi
I have been given a .ged file produced with Kith and Kin - Pro 2.02. When importing it to GB it stops loading and I get a message "program not responding."
The developers, Spansoft, have very kindly looked at the file and corrected some problems so that it was correct and re-exported it for me.
However I still have the same problem and they suggest it could be GB.
Has anyone had a similar problem? I'd like to sort it otherwise I've got to manually decipher the .ged file and do entry from that. UGH!!!
