Nope, I didn't try any options because Genbox crashes before I can see what
is wrong. I tried importing my same "identical" TMG TEST GEDCOM into
Legacy, RootsMagic, and Genbox. Genbox was the only one that had a problem.
I have tried to download both the Beta and Released version; and both have
the same problems.

I, like you, have had absolutely no problems with my initial Genbox
installations (and updates); but now I can't get anything to work. I must
have had "something" in my initial release subdirectory that I don't have
now.

Right now I can't use Genbox (and/or test it). Hope Bill will give me some
help on this one.
