It may be that you are setting the page size in the wrong place.

On our systems GB does not alter the page size when it's open.

We usually save a chart before we print it to PDF.

Make a note of the size of the chart and close GB.

We then set the page size in the main printer driver, adding at least 2 or 3
inches to each end of the chart and at least ½ inch top and bottom, open GB
and check the page size from the File, Print option before opening the
chart, the page size size usually matches that to the one we have set in the
main printer options dialogue from the start menu, we then use File, Open to
open the chart and without fail it will open and print to PDF on one page.

I don't know if this will work for you.
