Polly - GenBox also has a Global template, but don't confuse that with what
TMG calls "global" or you might be in for unexpected happenings!
Anything you put in your General Notes field for a source will automatically
be output at the end of the citation. This placement is controlled by
GenBox's global template which also controls placement of Lead Text,
Excerpt, Annotation, along with Source Notes. You can suppress the Source
Notes by putting them in the curly braces { }. You can override those
exclusion markers at the time you create reports, but be advised that
overriding exclusion markers will override ALL exclusion markers. Now if
you don't ever want output of this additional information, you can put it
into the source Research Note.
So -- if you want them always generated, put any additional info into the
General Notes field of the source; if only sometimes, use the General Notes
field and use the curly braces, controlling output by overriding or not the
exclusion markers when you create your report; if you never want them
output, use the Research Note field.

P.S. Remember if you jockey with the placement of the codes at the Template
Level you will affect ALL source that are based on this particular template!
So you might want to carefully consider whether you really want to modify
the Template for this source type someplace other than locally for this one
instance.

Thanks Cheri. I think I also will modify the "global" (TMG term ;-) )
BC template as you did as I don't like where the DOC LOCATOR code is
situated. Now am I understanding correctly that any information that I
put in the Notes field for any citation will show up at the end of the
Primary Citation?
