Polly - Don't think of the program as involved, rather think of it as
feature rich. :) CheriC

Ulrich,
I tested this feature to see how it works, and the results were as you
have outlined, with one exception.

- not excluded in event + not omitted on content tab = sentence stayed in
- excluded in event + not omitted on content tab = sentence was
omitted*****
- not excluded in event + omitted on content tab = sentence stayed in
- excluded in event + omitted on content tab = sentence was omitted*****

See the second and fourth scenarios above, which begs the questions (put
forth to the developers and not you, Ulrich) for what purpose are the
check boxes for omitting text attributes on the content tab for report
creation? Are there text attributes somewhere within the program that
can be omitted solely from that content tab? It appears that that option
on that tab is useless if it requires the text to be excluded first in
the event before it performs a function. If the check boxes for
omitting text attributes on the content tab perform any task at all,
they are redundant at best, since you have to first exclude the text
attributes from the events themselves, and, to a new user of the program
such as myself, the purpose of those check boxes on the content tab are
then very confusing. However, perhaps there is some aspect of this
feature that I am not understanding. <g>

Thank you, though, for helping me. I appreciate all the help from you
and the other listers as the program is quite involved.
