Linda - I just did a filtered Pick Dialog a bit ago and had no trouble
moving to the next individual via the arrow key. Have you tried Alt-PgDown?

Is anyone else having a problem with the filtering of names? I'm sure
that when you used the filter button, entered a name and clicked the set
filter that you could than use the arrow button to move between
individuals within the filter group. I don't seem able to do this now.
