Evelyn - Go the problem individual and then to the Identifiers tab. Fix it

Something happened when I was entering data. I don't know what I did. On the
individual summary page the name shows with just a / followed by the first
letter of the last name. I can't seem to make it go away. For example the
individual names shows as B/Bailey/. I have tried deleting it, and putting
in the right information, but it still shows up that way. Is there any way I
can correct this?

In the "names" box on the citation pages it shows the correct name along
with all the variants. I really would like for the individual summary page
to show the correct birth name.
