We have just come across an incident which only became apparant when a chart
was printed.

A gedcom file contained a birthplace for numerous people called, Yeovil,
Som.

Som. being a recognised shortened version of Somerset.

When the chart was printed GB had assumed that the place was Somalia and the
chart details reflected this as Yeovil, Somalia, Not Yeovil, Somerset.

I'm not sure if this problem can be corrected or avoided on future
occaisions. Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
