Hi Kathy,
Thanks for your kind response to my question about accessing help files. I
am further mystified by your comment that you have no problem accessing
GenBox's help files, though you are using Win98SE. I suppose there may be
version differences.
Following your suggestion, I double-checked and I definitely downloaded the
full version, so what I've got is an arcane problem.
