Hi Ron,
The Alias event-template will only print when there is an event created for
an alias, in most cases the alias is just added as an Identifier I suppose.
On the Content-tab, select All names in the Identifiers box. This will
ofcourse print other, unwanted, names as well. One way you could deal with
this (when you want to do it "quick and dirty") is deleting the Identifiers
you don't want to print on the Identifiers-tab of View > Data Setup. At the
end of each Identifier is shown how many records exist for that identifier
so you can check which names 'should' be deleted.
The other method is Excluding the names you don't want to print for each
Individual separately...
