Ron - You are not seeing a Childbirth event in the event templates list
because in and of itself it is not an event. It is a directional event of
the Birth event. You can always change this to a non-directional event, but
then you would not see Childbirth events on the parents summary unless you
made a new event of Childbirth and you would have to enter the data a second

That is exactly what I had thought about doing. However, when I look at the
list of event templates, I don't see any template for childbirth and yet it
an event that GENBOX creates. I expected that if I omit the birth event, it
will be omitted for everyone. I really don't want to do that as that will
give me a true individual narrative.
TOP does create an individual narrative which includes the birth information
the principal, but does not include the birth information for the children.
This is what I would like to see in GENBOX.
