Hi Clair

Are the fields for Type, For, Context (and sometimes Item) also empty? The
Citation-title is automatically constructed with info from these fields. If
they are empty to I would think that the corresponding facts have been
deleted.
You've tried the other options as well (Check Links and Refresh Data)?
