Well, you really need to uncheck only those you use, which is probably not
all 85+. To help specifically with Kent, you could also delete the Kenya
place record.

Yup. When I enter "Ken" it autocompletes to "Kenton, Hardin County, Ohio,"
which saves time, if that's the place I'm entering. As with the
counties, if you uncheck the "Replace with standard on input" for the ENG
variant of England, it won't autocomplete with the full place name.
As an alternative to the above, you could enter the full place names, but
then output reports with the short place names. See Help: Places Names Page.
