Wim - Thanks I was beginning to think I was crazy and just didn't know what
to do. I'll try your suggestion before sending database (if it works, I
won't). At the very worst, I thought I may have to change all of the
Cen-LkUp events to one with a year designator (CenLkUp1850, etc.) and then
run the report, but I didn't really relish having to make all of those
changes.

Seems like reports are area that still need fleshing out. C

CheriC - I think I've found the problem. I've defined a Cen-LkUp-template
and created a couple of events for several people with different years and
different combinations. This is what I found.

The reportoption: "Name; Cen-LkUp = 1850 (Show All); Note" will list only
people who have ONE Cen-LkUp event IN TOTAL (the one that occurred in 1850).
If the individual has two Cen-LkUps (in different years), the individual
doesn't mach the criteria so will not get listed.

The reportoption: "Name; Cen-LkUp = 1850 (Show One); Note" will list people
who have their FIRST Cen-LkUp event in 1850. If they had another Cen-LkUp
BEFORE 1850 they will not get listed.

I couldn't find a way to circumvent this in the current version of Genbox,
it could be done in the beta-version:
Report > Events > Content;
Delete the ID + Name allready under selected fields;
Select Name under Available Fields, enter "Cen-LkUp*1850*" in the filterbox
and bring it to selected fields;
Select Primary plus Research Note without any criteria and bring it to
selected fields too;
Run the report.

You could still send me the gedcom/database if you want. Did you receive my
mails concerning the +5Mb limits of my mailboxes?

Gr. Wim
