Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Death event, local site = at the home of Mrs. G. S. Quinn, higher place =
Yates, Missouri
Sentence: [P] died <of [T]> [D], [1L], his sister, [2L], [5L]
Preview: Dudley Baker died of typhoid-pneumonia on 1 April 1915, Mrs. G. S.
Quinn, his sister, Yates, Missouri.

As you can see, the text "at the home of" is missing from the sentence
preview. Don't the Leading Modifiers carry forward with the use of
individual place levels or do they only do so when you use the [L] variable?
I really like the ability to control the place level output, but I'm still
trying to wrap myself around the nuances of it.
